Lisa Ecke is a hispanic small businesswoman who has dedicated her life to service, both publicly and personally, for decades. Married to her husband Roger, they have lived and raised their family in Springdale, Arkansas for 25 years. Lisa is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother of two adorable little girls.
As a business owner, Lisa understands the financial realities of running an enterprise and managing budgets. She brings that same common-sense financial discipline to the Quorum Court. She firmly believes that county government is accountable to the taxpayers and must operate efficiently without burdening citizens with extra costs.

Lisa believes government must live within its means. As Justice of the Peace, she has consistently voted NO to new taxes and NO to property tax increases. She prioritizes balanced budgets, economic growth, and smart resource allocation.

Keeping families, homes, and community safe is Lisa's top priority. She has stood firmly with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure they have the training, equipment, and resources they need, including supporting wage increases for first responders.

"I care about our veterans!" Lisa is a dedicated advocate for veterans, ensuring county programs fully support local military heroes and that their services are funded properly on the county level.

Believing in Almighty God, Lisa relies on her faith to guide her service. Personally, she volunteers by serving meals at Returning Home and Magdalene's Serenity House in Springdale, and proudly supports 4-H youth development.

Serves as the Chairwoman of the Washington County Personnel Committee, managing county wage evaluations, employee policies, and salary structures.

Elected by peer justices from Northwest Arkansas to represent the region on the Executive Board of the Arkansas Association of Quorum Courts.

Active in swearing in municipal advisory leaders, such as Heath Ward (Springdale Water Utilities Executive Director) to the Nutrient Water Quality Trading Advisory Panel.
